Joe Java-Stout is a blogger who focuses on craft beer and the connections people can make over a good brew. Joe tells stories of his favorite craft beers, places, and events in a local radius so that others can follow his stories and experience the wonders of beer with him.

To accompany Joe’s logo, we worked on a set of illustrations, color palette, and typography that would shape his brand.
Joe’s Book
After his first year of blogging Joe wanted to publish his stories of local breweries into a bound book. We worked together to create his book as well as all of the elements he would need to go on his first book signing tour.
Joe’s Storyteller Stout
After releasing his book and continuing to highlight local breweries in his blog, Joe had the opportunity to collaborate with multiple breweries on a beer! We worked together to come up with a concept that represented both Joe’s storytelling nature and the beer itself.
coffee table book
Joe spent a good portion of his third year blogging working on beer reviews from local breweries. We took these reviews and made a coffee table book that Joe could use to continue to promote craft beer in Nebraska.
